The brazilian driver Vitor Meira (photo), out of the cockpit since his accident in Indy 500,  is going to the Watkins Glen track tomorrow to check the Indy Racing League’s stage. Besides being a demonstration that he is recovering well from the cervical lesions, the journey to the state of New York is not to play. He aims to work for the improvement of the performance in the A. J. Foyt’s car, driven currently by american driver Ryan Hunter-Reay. According to the team’s press release, Vitor will be put to all the team’s needs, “except changing the tires, that would be complicated“, joked Vitor.
